oh,god.. im soo sick.. ni smue kakaknye pasal.. bwk penyakit.. im down wif flu.. gosh.. takle nafas..!! got headache too.. :( didnt train yesterday.. stay @ home n rest.. sleep jek.. bgos jugak sakit ni.. trun jugak weit aku.. sape nak teke weit aku da brape skrg..?? hahakz!! last sun my weit was 64.2kg.. n now.................jeng3x.....................61.1kg... ni juz 4 days.. told ya im expert ni gainin n losin weit.. hahahakz!!
