go thru hell before to AMAG.. 3kg more to lose n tis time its super duper crazy.. i dun noe why PSK its easy bt not tis time.. maybe im too stress abt my weit.. n its becoz of dat BOOST!!

1st time ever im not goin for silat openin.. big boss asked me to stay in the hotel.. coz i cant even stand straight for 3 mins..! the next day will be our weit in..
