my fractured fibula are healing! its recovery kinda fast.. to my last Xray on 8th Feb n doctor review on the 17th.. yeah! i can see dat callus growin.. its disgustin actualli..! doctor allow me to stat joggin.. den agility.. den jumpin..
i'll stat joggin mon onwards..! yeah, i really nid to diet! get back in track!! im FAT!! hahahahakz!!
still coachin my DEAREST sport school..! yeh, wake up 520am n stat coachin at 6am! yeh, its tirin bt tis kidz will make my day early morn..
somehow, i tink i fail.. y'day nite trial was terrible! now den i understand how it really feel to be a coach and and and a motivator! its hard..
baru aku sedar yg selame ni aku menyusahkn coach rupenye! haiz......
